Singing through early 2015

March 2014

Some great new singing gigs have come in... stay tuned for more details as they surface. First I'll be joining Opera Sacra for the Alto solos in Caldara's late Baroque Stabat Mater on Good Friday. Then in late May, I'm performing again at the Opera Foundation of Buffalo's Annual Spring Gala. I'm delighted to lecture again during National Opera Week 2014 as part of the OperaBuffs of WNY's Lecture Series on November 1. Finally, I'm presenting a special lecture on The Seven Singing Sutherland Sisters at Forest Lawn's Sunday In The Cemetery Chapel Concert & Lecture Series; it will be during Women's History Month 2015. Naomi, one of the sisters, was a world-famous Bass singer.

Nickel City Opera & Vocalis

March 2012

I'm excited that I've recently been appointed to the Board of Directors of Nickel City Opera in Buffalo, NY. NCO was founded by WNY native and Met baritone Valerian Ruminski, read more on the website and in this press release. In addition, I'm the newest Tenor in Buffalo's top chamber choir Vocalis -- this group is made up of professional singers and gives around 10 concerts a year.
