So it turns out I’ve formed my own ensemble…! The Women of Vivaldi is Buffalo’s only pure early music performance organization, and WNY’s only full all-female choir, featuring Female Tenors and Basses. Right now we are proud to be affiliated with The Camerata di Sant’Antonio… watch this space to see how the group develops!
While we are not officially affiliated with the world-famous group Vivaldi’s Women (Oxford, UK) we use their methods and have their blessing. I am beyond blessed to sing Bass in both organizations! I first joined Vivaldi’s Women 10 years ago, and it’s been my dream to bring a version of it to Buffalo ever since.
